Refund Policy - the basics

At Regal Nectar, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below to understand the process.

What to include in the Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographic evidence of the damage or defect and will process your refund or replacement based on the nature of the issue.

  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will initiate a return for the correct product and process your refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items
  • We do not offer refunds on products that are opened or used. Once the product seal is broken or the product is consumed, refunds will not be issued.

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions, or discounted items, may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the product’s terms during such promotions.

3. Refund Process
  • Upon approval of a valid refund request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we may request the return of the product. In such cases, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

4. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect: Regal Nectar will bear the cost of return shipping.

  • If the product is returned for other reasons: You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If the payment was made through credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts). This decision will be at the discretion of Regal Nectar.

7. Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, if the order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
