Shipping Policy - the basics

At Regal Nectar, we are committed to delivering your premium honey products promptly and in excellent condition. Please review the following shipping policy to understand our procedures and terms.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Timeframe
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving confirmation of your order, excluding holidays and weekends.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on the destination and courier availability. Remote areas may require additional time.

2. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping within India. For international orders, please contact us for potential arrangements.

3. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery across India. However, please note that certain remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for delivery. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund if applicable.

4. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Regal Nectar products are carefully packed in glass jars and cushioned with appropriate packaging materials.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier service’s website.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging, and we will investigate the issue. If verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Regal Nectar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, and someone is available to receive the delivery.

8. Address Issues

Please double-check the shipping address when placing your order. Regal Nectar is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdelivery due to incorrect address information. In the event of a failed delivery due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Custom Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any custom duties or taxes that may apply. Regal Nectar does not cover these charges.

10. Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to make any changes, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will try to assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.
