If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement by contacting us at regalnectarhoney@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please include your order ID, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description when contacting us. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process. After inspecting the returned product, if your request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that we do not accept returns for used products, opened jars, or items returned without original packaging. Replacements are offered at no additional cost for incorrect or damaged items.
